Vacation

We just got back from our first long vacation in our "motor-baby" ( aka the motor home). We had a blast!! We didn't get to stop at too many places, but we got to see a lot of friends and family we had not seen in a long time.

Our first stop was Alabama. We wanted to see Bumbles Godmother and The Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament.

The first morning we where there we found a turtle in the street. We just had to save him. So we made Papa turn the "motor-baby" around. We kept him in the sink and Little Squirt named him "Timmy the Turtle". Don't ask me where he got the name.

Since it was the octave of Easter, we thought we would dye some eggs and have an Easter egg hunt. It started to sprinkle on us, but it made it even more fun to hunt for the eggs. What kid doesn't like to play in the rain!!

The next day we celebrated Godmother's birthday. Then we released "Timmy the Turtle" back into the wild and said our good-byes to Godmother.

Then we were off to Ohio to see some old friends and my sister, Sr. St Claire.
